Every field employee is uniformed and insured with the company’s Workman’s Compensation policy. Hirsch Brick and Stone Co. employs several crew types. We have organic excavation abilities to prepare each site for masonry work. There are delivery assets to ensure that materials are staged in a timely manner. We have multiple bricklaying and stone masonry crews that construct the final projects. Each crew has their own specialty and training. All heavy vehicle drivers are CDL licensed and drug tested. The masonry crews consist of a foreman, one to two bricklayers or stonemasons, and a laborer. All of our installation crews have many years of experience. Prior to leading a crew each foreman has at least five years experience working as a mason or bricklayer.
